When will my event porta potty arrive and leave?
Event porta potties arrive 1 or 2 days before the event and leave the next business day. For a Saturday or Sunday event, we deliver Thursday or Friday and pick up Monday at no extra cost. This keeps the unit in place before guests arrive and keeps trucks off your street during the party.
- Delivery window: 7 am–7 pm. The driver calls 30–60 minutes ahead.
- You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and the gate is open.
- Lock the door from the outside with a zip tie after the event if you like; we cut it at pickup.

Can I rent a porta potty for just one day?
Yes. One-day events use the event rate. We deliver the day before or a few days before and pick up the next business day. You pay for the event, not for each day the unit sits on your lot.
Do you deliver on Saturday?
We deliver Monday through Saturday, but most weekend event units go out Thursday or Friday so they are in place on time. Sunday deliveries are not offered.
Do I need a permit for a backyard party porta potty?
Not when the unit sits on your own property. A unit on a public street or sidewalk, or an event in a park, needs a city permit, and the permit may set the restroom count.
Can you put the porta potty in my backyard?
Yes, if there is a path at least 48 inches wide with no steps. We roll units in on a dolly. Tell us about slopes, stairs or soft ground before delivery.
What if it rains on the day of the party?
The units are fine in rain. Your rental still goes ahead unless you cancel more than 3 business days before delivery for a full refund. See the rental terms for the exact cancellation windows.
