A long-term porta potty rental is billed every 28 days, not by calendar month. Each 28-day cycle includes four weekly service visits. The first cycle and the trip charge are paid when you book. Later cycles renew on the same card every 28 days until you call for pickup.

Can I change service frequency on a long-term rental?
Yes. Light-use sites can switch to every-other-week service, and busy sites can add a second weekly visit. One or two workers on a slow remodel rarely fill a tank in a week. A crew of 15 in summer heat can fill it in four days. Call us and we change the schedule from the next visit.

Is a monthly rental cheaper than paying by the week?
For anything longer than about two weeks, yes. The 28-day rate includes weekly service, and the trip charge is paid once.
What if I need it for 6 weeks?
You pay two 28-day cycles. If the job ends early in the second cycle, the cycle is not prorated, so call for pickup as soon as the work is done.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No long contract. The rental renews every 28 days until you call for pickup. You agree to our rental terms when you book.
Can I swap the unit if it gets damaged?
Yes. Call and we swap it on the next route day. Damage beyond normal use is billed to the renter.
Do you rent long-term units for fire rebuilds?
Yes. Many Malibu and canyon rebuilds keep units for a year or more on the 28-day rate.
