Quote form: delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size.
Phone calls: your name, delivery address, contact numbers, placement notes and payment card details for booking.
Website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). The ZIP checker runs in your browser and does not send your ZIP to us.

How we use it

To quote, schedule, deliver, service and pick up your rental.
To call or text you about your order.
To keep records required for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
Card payments are handled by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
The contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which Google may log.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and business rules require. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months.
