Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to every rental from Kaitlyn Portable Toilets Rental. They are written in plain English. Ask us if anything is unclear before you book. Last reviewed October 2026.
Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- Event rentals and the first 28-day cycle are paid in full at booking. Payment holds your date.
- The trip charge (delivery and pickup) is paid once, at booking.
- Sales tax is charged at the rate for your delivery address.
Rental periods and renewal
- Event rentals cover delivery up to 2 business days before the event and pickup the next business day after.
- Long-term rentals are billed every 28 days and include one service visit per week.
- A 28-day rental renews automatically on the same card until you request pickup.
- Cycles are not prorated. Billing stops on the pickup day you request.

Delivery, access and placement
- Deliveries run Monday–Saturday, 7 am–7 pm. Weekend events are delivered Thursday or Friday and picked up Monday.
- You choose the spot. It must be flat, reachable and within about 25 feet of where our truck can park.
- Give us gate codes and an on-site contact. If we cannot deliver or service a unit because of a locked gate, blocked access or unsafe conditions, a return-trip charge may apply.
- We are not responsible for damage to pavement, pavers, lawns or landscaping when we place units where you direct.
- Units on public streets, sidewalks or land need a permit, which you obtain.
Damage and loss
- You are responsible for the unit from delivery to pickup.
- Damage beyond normal use, including fire, vandalism, graffiti, tipping and theft, is billed at repair or replacement cost.
- Do not move a unit after delivery. Call us and we move it.
- Do not put trash, hazardous materials, paint, concrete or chemicals in a unit. Extra cleaning is billed.
Service
- Weekly service includes pump-out, cleaning, deodorizer and restocking.
- Extra visits are billed per visit when you ask for them.
- If the technician cannot reach the unit on the service day, the visit counts as completed.
