How many restrooms does a wedding need?
A 150-guest wedding lasting 6 hours with a bar needs 4 portable units, or one 3-stall restroom trailer plus 1 portable unit. Wedding guests drink more water and alcohol than party guests, so plan by the bar. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit if any guest uses a wheelchair or walker.

Restroom trailer or flushing units for my wedding?
Choose a restroom trailer when the venue has level ground, a standard outlet within 100 feet and room for a truck to back in. Choose flushing units with sinks for beaches, ranch fields, steep yards and remote sites. Many couples use a trailer for the reception and a flushing unit near the ceremony.
- Ask the venue: Where can trucks enter? Is there power? What hours can we deliver?
- Beach weddings: units go on the hard-pack or a plywood pad, never loose sand.

Wedding restrooms questions
When should I book wedding restrooms?
Book restroom trailers 4 to 8 weeks ahead for May through October weekends. Flushing units can usually be booked a week ahead. Booking early holds the trailer for your date.
Will the restrooms be delivered on my wedding day?
No. We deliver 1 or 2 days before, so setup never collides with your vendors. Weekend weddings are delivered Thursday or Friday and picked up Monday.
Can the porta potties be a nicer color?
Our fleet includes pink and gray units as well as blue. Ask when you book and we will reserve the colors we have for your date.
Do you provide an attendant?
Yes, on request for restroom trailers. The attendant restocks supplies, wipes surfaces and keeps lines moving during the reception.
Can you deliver to a beach wedding in Oxnard?
Yes, to private beach-adjacent property or a venue that approves the delivery. Public beaches need a permit from the city or state agency that manages the beach.
