What makes a same-day delivery go smoothly?
Same-day orders go fastest when you give the full address, a drop spot, a gate code and a phone number someone will answer. The driver calls 30 to 60 minutes before arrival. If nobody answers and the gate is locked, the truck has to leave, and a second trip is billed.

Same-day delivery questions
Is there an extra fee for same-day delivery?
Usually, yes. A same-day rush fee starts at $75 because we add your stop to a route already in progress. The fee is quoted on the call before you pay. Next-morning delivery has no rush fee.
Can you deliver on Sunday?
No. We deliver Monday through Saturday. If you call Saturday after 1 pm, the first slot is Monday morning.
My plumbing failed. Can I get a unit for my house today?
Yes. Homeowners with a broken sewer line or septic system rent a standard or flushing unit for a few days. Call by 1 pm and tell us when the plumber expects to finish.
Can I get a hand-washing station the same day too?
Yes, in most cases. Hand-wash stations ride on the same truck as the toilet.
What if your trucks are full today?
We tell you on the call and book the first slot next morning, starting at 7 am. We never take payment for a same-day slot we cannot meet.
